    Gluten-free Semixin is our latest product designed especially for celiacs. From our loose mixture, you can bake a cake, roll or sponge cake easily and quickly at home and you don't have to be a professional confectioner.

    Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, deproteinized wheat starch, emulsifier (E 472b, E 477, glucose syrup, soy flour, E 450), dried whey, raising agents (E 500), salt, acidity regulator (E 330), aroma, thickener (E 415), colorant (E 160a).

    The product may contain traces of eggs, dried nuts, sesame.

    Instructions for preparing a cake, roll or sponge cake:

    To prepare, you need: 200 g GLUTEN-FREE SEMIXINES 2 eggs (size M) 20 ml water (4 tablespoons) 40 ml oil (6 tablespoons)

    Preparation: Pour 200 g of the mixture into a tall bowl, add eggs, add water and whisk at the highest level for 8 minutes. Then add oil and beat for a short time. Put the dough into a greased cake or cake tin (diameter 26 cm) sprinkled with rice flour and bake. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to the oven (110 - 170 ° C, 40 - 50 minutes). After baking, let it cool for 10 minutes, remove from the mold and let it cool completely. *

     * If you are preparing a roll, spread the whipped mixture on a baking sheet measuring approx. 30 x 40 cm and bake at 180 ° C for 10 - 15 minutes.

    Our tip: Add cocoa to 1/3 of the dough. Pour the light dough into the cake pan and then add the dark dough. Mix to get a marble cake.
