Oatmeal snack without gluten and palm oil
The loose mixture is mixed with cold water, left to stand and then baked in a microwave oven. A healthy cake is ready in about 6 minutes. It tastes best still warm, but it can also be prepared in advance for a trip, to school or to work. This snack is included among the CEREALS OF THE NEW GENERATION. It is made from germinated quinoa chips, which have a number of benefits:

Ingredients: Oatmeal without gluten 35%, flakes of sprouted red quinoi dried 20%, sugar, ground flax, dried EGGS, dried apples 5%, olive oil, raising agents (potassium hydrogen tartrate, sodium bicarbonate), corn starch, vegetable fiber, sea salt, ground cinnamon 0.4%, thickener (hydrosypropylmethylcellulose), aroma. May contain traces of milk, soy, nuts and sesame. Maximum gluten content 20 mg / kg.
Instructions for use: Pour the contents of the bag into a larger cup (250 ml), pour about 90-100 ml of cold water or milk (9 tablespoons) and mix well. Let stand for 3 - 5 minutes, then place in the microwave oven and set the power input to 700W and the time for 3 - 4 minutes, depending on the type of microwave oven. After the end of the baking program, you can consume it immediately, or after the end of baking, you can also turn the cup upside down on a plate and tilt it. Finally, you can taste your favorite syrup or honey, fruit, sour cream, nuts, etc.
