Elastic topping 500 g milk
Elastic fat frosting to decorate the bakery and confectionery products. When slicing will not break. Also suitable for freezing.
Procedure: heated to 50'C and used as needed.
Ingredients: vegetable oils and fats, sugar, powdered milk ingredients, dried skim milk, low fat cocoa powder, emulsifiers (E322/E492) aroma.
Store in a cool, dry place.
