Elastic fat frosting to decorate the bakery and confectionery products. When slicing will not break. Also suitable for freezing.
Procedure: heated to 50'C and used as needed.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oils and fats (partially hydrogenated) vegetable oils and fats, lactose, whey powder, emulsifiers (E322, E492), natural flavors (orange), vegetable dyed extrakterm (pepper), vanilla aroma, coloring E120.
Store in a cool, dry place.
