Elastic fat frosting to decorate the bakery and confectionery products. When slicing will not break. Also suitable for freezing.
Procedure: heated to 50'C and used as needed.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oils and fats (partially hydrogenated), Lactose, Whey Powder, Emulsifier (E322, E492), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Plant extract, flavor, papirka extract, color (E160b)
Store in a cool, dry place.
