The set consists of molds of 3 sizes.
Hold the mold firmly in your hand and fill it with sponge cake (first press it into the part with the bee). Dig a hole for filling, fill with cream and cover with sponge cake. We place the wings on each side of the worktop. We press the center of the mold with our thumbs (the mold bends into an oval) and open behind the wings.
Sprinkle icing on the small and large beehives with the bee motif, and pour chocolate on the middle beehive without the motif. We put cherries loaded with rum into a large beehive as a filling. The product has been supple and even tastier for so long.
Dough preparation and filling:
22 dkg of powdered sugar, 24 dkg of ground sponge cake, 13.5 dkg of butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 4 tablespoons rum, 3 tablespoons milk, 1 bag of vanilla sugar.
10 dkg butter, 1 tablespoon rum, 1 egg yolk, 8 dkg powdered sugar.
