Rolled Almond Marzipan. This marzipan has a great taste and is very suitable for rolling. Now with an even finer structure, stays firm after rolling and with a beautiful, pale colour. Perfect for cake decorating and easy to colour in the most beautiful colours with food colourings.
You will need approximately 500 grams of marzipan to cover either a round 24-26 cm cake or a square 20x20 cm cake.
Ingredients: sugar, almonds (20%), stabilizer (E420ii), invert sugar syrup, thickening agent (E466), invertase, citric acid (E330), natural bitter almond flavoring. May contain traces of milk, soy and egg.
Marzipan proportion overview:
50% sugar - 50% almonds = 1:1
67% sugar - 33% almonds = 1:2
75% sugar - 25% almonds = 1:3
80% sugar - 20% almonds = 1:4
