    Mixture for the preparation of gluten free butter cream

    Delicious creamy buttercream, suitable to be used as a cake filling and cupcake topping.

    Preparation: Mix 150 g of the mixture with 100 ml of water. Let it rest for 1 hour. Whisk 180 g of softened butter for 2 minutes. Add half of the softened butter to the mixture and stir until the mixture is completely absorbed. Add the rest of the butter and mix for another 5 minutes at high speed.

    Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, modified starch, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut), glucose syrup, corn starch, skimmed milk powder, thickener: E404, flavors, milk proteins, acidity regulator: E330, emulsifiers: E472, E471, stabilizer: E340. Allergens can be found in bold in the ingredients. May contain traces of: eggs and nuts. Gluten free.
