Powdered preparation for the creation of bavarian cream cakes, mousses and soft ice cream cakes with dark chocolate pieces. Semifinished product for cream cakes.
Dosage: Lilly stracciatella 250 g, 200 g water or milk + 1 liter chilled cream.
Application: Mix the mixture with water or milk and slowly mix in unsweetened whipped cream.
Put in appropriate forms and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for at least 40 minutes. It can also be used in ice cream.
