A mixture of powder made by IRCA to prepare for cold creams. Appropriate use: cakes, Semifreddo and other confectionery products.
Dosage: LILLY cappuccino + 200 g water or milk (20-25 ° C) 300 g + 1000 g whipped cream
Application: Mix the mixture with water and slowly mix in unsweetened whipped cream.
Put in appropriate forms and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for at least 40 minutes. It can also be used in ice cream.
