A mixture of powder from the company Irca for the preparation of cold creams. Suitable use: Creams, Semifreddo, Mousse, Bavarian creams and other confectionery products.
Dosage: LILLY 200g + water or milk (20-25 ° C) 300g + whipped cream 1000g
Use: Mix the mixture with water and slowly mix into the whipped unsweetened cream.
Put in suitable molds and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for at least 40 minutes. It can also be used in ice cream.
Ingredients: sugar, gelatin (beef), maltodextrin, dried raspberries, dehydrated glucose syrup, dye betalain red, starch, aroma, thickener sodium alginate.
