Elastic frosting  blueberry 500g

Elastic fat frosting to decorate the bakery and confectionery products.

It does not break when cut. Also suitable for freezing.

Procedure: Heat to 40'C and use as needed.

Ingredients: sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut), lactose (milk), whey powder, emulsifiers (E492, soy lecithin E322), natural color (beetroot - concentrate, emulsifier sorbitan monostearate E491 ), dye E133, natural vanilla flavor, blueberry flavor

Weight: 500 g net (weighed into a zip bag)

Store in a dry and cool place
