To use the Doves Cutting Properly:
1) Unwrap your sugar paste (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling mass) into thinner. As a basis we recommend a silicone pad (sold separately). You can undercut the sugar pod or sugar.
2) Press the throttle into the mass without pushing the ejector (piston).
3) Press the ejector (piston) down to create a relief shape
4) Lift the jar. Now you can press the ejector that pushes the dove
