Sudzucker pure white  slightly almond flavor is intended for coating and for modeling and decoration. Due to its composition it has a rigid and smooth structure. It is easy to work and roll, it is flexible and soft and does not crack during shaping. You can color it to the desired shade with food colors. The mass is made of RSPO (SG) certified palm oil.
