Wafer Paper is an edible starch-based paper. It has a neutral taste and a slightly ribbed surface. Wafer Paper can be used in many ways. It is suitable for photographic cakes (but should be used only on a dry surface, such as almond paste or fondant), edible labels, covering, or menu cards. Avoid using on colored fondant, as Wafer Paper is slightly translucent. Additionally, Wafer Paper can be baked in the last third of baking with bread, rolls, or pastry.
