Our store handles a really small number of complaints, but sometimes mistakes happen, or the goods have a manufacturing defect. However, we process such cases very quickly with an individual approach.

If something like this happens to you, call 608977020, Mrs. Markéta will answer the phone, please calmly explain what happened, and we will arrange and handle it to your satisfaction. If it concerns low-value goods, or even higher value, just send us photos of the defect, so you don't need to send anything, and we will refund the amount for the goods, or send another one if it's in stock.

By law, we have 30 days for complaints, but in 99% of cases, we handle them within 2-3 days.
