MIRALL  high-gloss glaze - maracuja - 250g

Mirror coating for irrigation with high gloss. Also suitable for flavoring creams.

Application: Remove the required amount and heat in a microwave or water bath to 45-50 ° C. Mix briefly without incorporating air. Place the products to be coated on a suitable surface and apply a spatula with a spatula. Shake the coated product lightly. Can also be used without heating. Using a spatula, work out the required quantity briefly and then coat the product. Products coated with MIRALL will shine even at -20 ° C.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, maracuja puree (15%), thickeners (E440ii, E407, E341iii), preservative E202, acidity regulator (E331), antioxidant E300, colorant (E100, paprika extract), aroma. May contain traces of milk.
