Dosage: Hardener 200g + tepid water 200 -300g + whipped cream 1000g
Application: Stir in the water. Immediately elec. mix the whipped cream into semi-whipped cream. We reach the desired consistency. Depending on taste, we can finish and add fruit. We will immediately use it. Leave 1-2 hours to stabilize in the refrigerator.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose, blood orange - powder (corresponds to 74% fruit), gelatin, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), natural aroma, lemon juice - powder (corresponds to 0.2% lemon juice), salt.
