KARINA - Cocoa Mix - 500g
KARINA Cocoa Mix is most commonly used to make liquor peaks, but not only for them.
KARINAs are mixtures that provide excellent stability to pastry creams while maintaining their elasticity. They are used in combination with whipped cream, butter, or margarine. Creams prepared from vegetable whipping creams do not dry out.
KARINAs are also suitable for use in vegetable creams in combination with dried gelatin. It not only gives creams fullness in taste but also ensures their smoothness and easier cutting of products. The cut is clean, smooth, and creams do not stick to knives.
KARINAs in a variation with butter or fat that you use for fatty creams. They add a taste and color characteristic to the type of KARINA you use.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa (min. 21%), soy flour, vegetable oil (palm), modified corn and potato starch E1412,
glucose syrup, dried whey.

Usage: Karina Cocoa Mix 500g + water 225g + fat (butter) 625g
Mix Karina Cocoa Mix with water and stir until smooth and homogeneous consistency. Let it rest for about 5 minutes before further processing and then mix it again. Mix with whipped butter
