Creline is a premium plant-based cream characterized by high, stable, and firm structure. It is freeze-resistant and maintains its structure and properties even after thawing. For optimal whipping, it is recommended to chill the product to 6-8°C before use, whip for 2-4 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved. Store in a cool place after whipping.
