Basic recipe: 500g Vanilmix, 1400g water (cold). Pour the entire amount of water into Vanilmix while stirring constantly with a whisk, mix the mixture until smooth, and then let it sit for 10 minutes.
Butter cream: 500g of prepared Vanilmix mixture, 350g fat (butter, margarine, ....). Add diced softened fat to the basic mixture and whisk everything at a higher speed until a firm, smooth cream is formed. If the cream curdles, gently heat it and whisk it again.
