To make royal icing, mix 10g of dried egg whites with 60g of water, 300-500g of powdered sugar and a drop of lemon juice. Beat until smooth and glossy.
Ingredients: pasteurized dried egg whites.
Ratio: 10 grams of dried egg whites + 60 ml of water = 2 whites.
Consume prepared mixture within 4 hours.
