
FunCakes Donut Mix
Just add water and oil to the mix. Bake in the oven or on a pan for perfectly shaped moist donuts! The 500 gram packaging allows you to bake 12-24 donuts depending on the size and thickness.
Preparation: For best results, prepare in a fryer. Ingredients must be at room temperature. Mix 500g of the mix, 215ml of water, and 65ml (55g) of vegetable oil for 5 minutes with an electric whisk. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5mm. Cut out the donuts and let them rest for 25 minutes. Preheat the fryer to 180°C or 200°C (180°C).
Frying: Fry the donuts for about 90 seconds on each side until golden brown.
Oven: Place the donut on a baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes until golden brown. Brush the donuts with melted butter and decorate as desired.
