KARINA Milk Mix is most commonly used for filling liqueur tips, but not only for them.
KARINAS are mixtures that provide excellent stability to pastry creams while maintaining their elasticity. They are used in combination with whipped cream, butter, or margarine. Creams prepared from vegetable whipped creams do not dry out.
KARINAS are also suitable for use in vegetable creams in combination with dried gelatin. It not only gives creams fullness in taste, but mainly ensures their smoothness and easier cutting of products. The cut is clean, smooth, and creams do not stick to knives.
KARINAS in variations with butter and/or fat you use for fatty creams. They add a taste and color characteristic to the type of KARINA you are using.
Composition: sugar, dried milk, vegetable oil (palm), glucose syrup, whey powder, vegetable fat (fully hydrogenated coconut), thickener (E401), emulsifier (E472a), flavor, coloring (E160a, E101), wheat flour.

Usage: Karina Milk Mix 500g + sugar 0 - 200g, rum flavor to taste, 500g water
Mix all ingredients and let stand for 5 minutes. Then beat to the desired consistency.
