Whipping Cream Stabilizer - coffee - 250g
Powder mix for preparing cold creams. Suitable for use in: cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.
Dosage: Thickener 200g + lukewarm water 200g + whipped cream 1000g
Instructions: Mix the thickener in water. Immediately fold into semi-whipped cream using an electric mixer. Beat to desired consistency. Sweeten and add fruit to taste. Use immediately. Let stabilize in the refrigerator for approximately 1-2 hours.
