KARINA Strawberry is an ingredient for making whipped cream or buttercream with a strawberry flavor
KARINAs are mixes that provide excellent stability to pastry creams while maintaining their creaminess. They are used in combination with whipped cream, butter, or margarine. Creams made from plant-based whipped creams do not dry out.
KARINAs are also suitable for use in plant-based creams in combination with dried gelatin. It not only gives creams a full flavor but also ensures their smoothness and easier cutting of products. The cut is clean, smooth, and creams do not stick to knives.
