Whipped Cream Stabilizer - Raspberry - 250g
A powder mix for preparing cold-process cream. Suitable for use in cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.
Dosage: Stabilizer 200g + lukewarm water 200g + whipped cream 1000g
Instructions: Dissolve the stabilizer in water. Immediately fold into semi-whipped cream using an electric whisk. Beat to the desired consistency. Sweeten and add fruit to taste. Use immediately. Let stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, modified starch E1414, gelatin, flavor, citric acid E330, coloring: red beet concentrate, carmine.
