KARINA is most commonly used for making creams and fillings, it can also be used for liquid fillings.
KARINAS are mixtures that provide excellent stability to pastry creams while maintaining their creaminess. They are used in combination with whipped cream, butter, or margarine. Creams prepared from vegetable creams do not dry out.
KARINAS are also suitable for use in vegetable creams in combination with powdered gelatin. It not only gives creams fullness in taste but mainly ensures their smoothness and easier cutting of products. The cut is clean, smooth, and the creams do not stick to knives.
KARINAS in variation with butter or fat that you use for fatty creams. They provide taste and a color characteristic to the type of KARINA used.
Ingredients: glucose, vegetable oil (palm, fully hydrogenated coconut), sugar, glucose syrup, modified potato starch (E1414), dried whey, acid (E330), flavor, dried milk, emulsifier (E471, E472a), milk protein.
Usage: Karina Yogurt 500g + water 250g
Mix all the ingredients and let stand for 5 minutes. Then whip to the desired consistency. Before further processing, let it sit for about 15 minutes, then mix again.
You can add about 250g of butter / whipped cream - adjust to taste
