Mixture used to stabilize and flavor light whipped creams for modern pastry products.
Usage: 100g of Zeesan + 200g of water + 200g of whipped cream
Instructions: Mix Zeesan with water and add whipped cream. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
