
Zeesan - whipped cream stabilizer - banana 250g
A mixture used to stabilize and flavor light whipped creams for modern pastry products.
Usage: 100g of Zeesan + 125g of water + 500g of whipped cream
Instructions: Mix Zeesan with water and fold in whipped cream. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
