A powder blend from Irca company for preparing cold creams. Suitable for use in cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.
Dosage: LILLY cappuccino 200g + water or milk (20-25° C) 250g + heavy cream 1000g
Usage: Mix the blend with water and slowly fold into whipped unsweetened cream.
Place the mixture in suitable molds and let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for at least 40 minutes. It can also be used for making ice cream.
Ingredients: sugar, gelatin, chocolate, coffee powder, dried skimmed milk, modified starch, caramel, flavor.
