Net weight 28g. Suitable for coloring any confectionery masses - creams, icings, gels, batters, modeling pastes - so-called flower paste. Start with a small amount and add more until the desired shade is achieved.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum usable dose: 0.16g / 100g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E110, E122, E102), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E102, E122, and E110 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
