Concentrated gel food colorant.

Net weight 28g. Suitable for coloring any confectionery masses - creams, icings, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - for sugar paste. Add little by little until the desired shade is achieved.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum usable dose: 0.12g / 100g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, dyes (E102, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, and molluscs.
