Highly concentrated Wilton Icing Color gel food color is perfect for coloring frostings, fondant, marzipan, modeling pastes, icings, batters, and cookie mixes. The intense pink color requires only a small amount to achieve a rich shade. Additionally, Wilton colors can be mixed to create custom shades.

Instructions:

Use a toothpick to remove a small amount of color from the container. Always use a clean toothpick if adding color repeatedly. Apply the color to the mixture and knead thoroughly for even coloring. For a marble effect, knead partially. Hold the color in the center of the mixture to avoid staining your hands. Any remaining color can be washed off with warm water and soap.

Warning:

Not suitable for coloring chocolate

Maximum dosage: 0.08 g per 100 g of product

E102 and E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
