Concentrated gel food color.
Net weight 28 g. Suitable for coloring various confectionery products - creams, icings, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - known as modeling clay. Add a small amount at a time until the desired shade is achieved.
Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.
Maximum recommended dose: 0.08 g / 100 g.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorings (E122, E102), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).
E102 and E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
