Concentrated gel food colorant.

Net weight 28 g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery masses - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called gum paste. Add from a small amount up to achieve the desired shade.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum recommended dose: 0.76 g / 100 g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E122, E102), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E102 and E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, shellfish, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
