Isomalt Premium - non-hygroscopic decorative sugar 500g

Isomalt Premium is a product in powder form. It is used for decorations, whether transparent or in colored form.

Easy to use: place Isomalt in a silicone container and heat it up in the microwave, until it liquefies. Color with food colors, if necessary. Pour into a silicone mold and then use as needed.

It does not become humid or crumble in the fridge.

Make "spider webs" on a silicone mat, which can be shaped and further cut with a heated knife.
