Silicone relief mat for chocolate.
High-quality silicone mat with a plastic surface and space for pouring two-colored chocolate. We create imaginative shapes or simply break, cut out, and these decorations are used to decorate cakes, desserts, or other confectionery products. The mat can also be used for caramel. Size: 60cmx40cm. It can also be used for sponge sheets. The procedure is the same as with baking foil (cat. no: 0361, 0362, 0363, 0364).
**Instructions for use:** 1. Pour dark chocolate on the mat. 2. Smooth the chocolate with a pastry card to fill all the cavities on the mat. 3. Pour white chocolate on the mat. 4. Once it hardens, carefully remove the chocolate from the mat by turning the mat over and carefully peeling the mat off the chocolate.
