Concentrated gel food colorant.

Net weight 28g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery masses - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling clays - so-called sugarpaste. Add in small quantities until the desired shade is achieved.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum usable amount: 0.07g / 100g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorant (E110), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickening agent (agar (E406)), preservatives (potassium sorbate (E202), sodium benzoate (E211)). E110 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
