Package weight 28g. The color is suitable for coloring any confectionery materials - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling materials - it can be used sparingly to achieve the desired shade.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum recommended dosage: 0.07g / 100g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E122, E110, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E110 and E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, and molluscs.
