Highly concentrated Wilton Icing Color gel food color is ideal for coloring icings, fondant, marzipan, modeling clays, frostings, batters, and doughs. Due to its intense color, only a small amount is needed to achieve a rich hue. Wilton colors can be mixed together to create custom shades.

Instructions:

Use a toothpick to take a small amount of color from the container. Always use a clean toothpick if adding color repeatedly. Apply the color to the material and knead thoroughly for even coloring. For a marble effect, knead partially. Keep the color in the center of the material to avoid staining your hands. Excess color can be washed off with warm water and soap.

Not suitable for coloring chocolate
