Edible Paper Decor Gel 90g

Special food gel for edible paper.

Developed to enhance colors and achieve a realistic appearance of images/photos on edible paper. Also used to protect the image from smudging and to attach it to a cake. Can be colored.

Instructions: Apply the gel to the bottom of the image and stick it onto the cake. Then, apply the gel on top of the image. Spread with a knife or spatula.

Ingredients: glucose-fructose syrup, water, sugar, gelling agent pectin, acidity regulator citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate.
