FunCakes Aroma paste - Raspberry - 120g

These FunCakes pastes with raspberry flavor have an excellent taste and are ideal for flavoring creams, ice creams. FunCakes aroma paste is also suitable for baking and flavoring, for example sponge cake batters.

If you bake at a higher temperature than 200°C, use a larger amount of paste, as high temperature reduces the intensity of the flavor. Aroma paste can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: sugar, raspberry (30%), glucose syrup, acidity regulator: E330, thickener: E440a, flavorings, color: E163a, E100.

May contain traces of: eggs, milk and nuts.

Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.
