Concentrated gel food color.

Net weight 28 g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery masses - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called flower paste. Add in small quantities to achieve the desired shade.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum recommended dosage: 1.55 g / 100 g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, color (E102), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservatives (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
