Concentrated gel food colorant.

Packaging weight 28 g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery products - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called sugar paste. Add gradually from a small amount to achieve the desired shade.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum recommended dosage: 1.55 g / 100 g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, color (E102), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservatives (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
