Only a small amount of ProGel is enough for rich coloring, meaning that the tubes will last a long time. Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, biscuit, etc. and watch it transform into the desired colour.
Each gel is packed in a tube labeled with a specific colour. The tube contains a seal under the screw cap. Simply peel off and squeeze out the gel from the tube. No more worrying about the colour leaking into the colour compartment.
How to use: add the gel to fondant or marzipan and work it in. Keep working until you reach the desired colour. Colourful fondant or marzipan is ready for use for modeling,
