Only a small amount of ProGel is enough for rich coloring, which means that the tubes last a long time. Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, sponge, etc., and watch it transform into the desired color.

Each gel is packed in a tube labeled with the color. The tube contains a foil under the screw cap. Simply peel off and squeeze the gel from the tube. No more spills into your color palette.
