With the help of a plunger cutter, you can easily and effectively create beautiful decorations.
To use the Bird Cutters correctly:
1) Roll out your sugar paste (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling paste) thinly. As a base, we recommend a silicone mat (sold separately). You can sprinkle with icing sugar or cornstarch.
2) Press the cutter into the paste without pressing the plunger.
3) Press the plunger down to create a relief shape.
4) Lift the cutter. Now you can press the plunger to eject the bird.
