RD ProGel - gel color - Raspberry

Rainbow Dust ProGel is highly concentrated and sets a new standard in food coloring!

Only a small amount of ProGel is enough to achieve rich coloring, meaning that the tubes last a long time. Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, sponge cake, etc. and watch it transform into the desired color.

Each gel is packaged in a tube labeled with the respective color. The tube contains a seal under the screw cap. Simply peel off and squeeze out the gel from the tube. No more worrying about the color leaking into the color compartment.

How to use: Add gel to fondant or marzipan and work it in. Work until you achieve the desired color. The colored fondant or marzipan is ready for modeling.

Composition: humectant: E422, water, color: E122, E129, modified starch (tapioca).

E122, E129: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain traces of: eggs, soy, milk, nuts.

Maximum usable dose: 3 g/kg.
