Instructions for use:

Add a small amount of gel to fondant, marzipan, or cream and mix well until you achieve a uniform shade.

Recommended dosage: 3 g per 1 kg of mass. Maximum permitted dose: 8 g/kg. The coloring can also be used on biscuits, icings, dough, and confectionery.

Composition:

Humectant: E422, water, modified starch (tapioca), colorants: E122, E133.

E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain traces of eggs, soy, milk, and nuts.

Storage:

Store in a dry and cool place. After opening, seal well and consume by the recommended date. Protect from sunlight.
