
Mixture for preparing gluten-free buttercream
FunCakes gluten-free mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility. FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm of gluten per kg.
Preparation: All ingredients must be at room temperature.
Preparation: Mix 150g of the mix with 100ml of water. Let it rest for 1 hour. Beat 180g of softened butter for 2 minutes. Add half of the softened butter to the mix and stir until fully absorbed. Add the rest of the butter and continue stirring for another 5 minutes at high speed.
Ingredients: sugar, starch (corn), dextrose, vegetable oil (coconut), glucose syrup, milk protein, stabilizer: E340, emulsifiers: E472a, E471, modified starch: E1414, dried milk (skimmed), thickener: E404, stabilizer: E450, acidity regulator: E339, flavor, acidity regulator: E330. Allergens are highlighted in bold in the ingredients. May contain traces of eggs and nuts. Gluten-free.
