Concentrated gel food colorant.
Net weight 28g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery masses - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called sugar paste. Add gradually from a small amount to achieve the desired shade.
Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.
Maximum usable dose: 0.27g / 100g.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol E422), water, colorants (E102, (E110), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330), sodium citrates (E331)), thickener (agar (E406))), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).
E102 and E110 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
